Custom DTF Information
Processing Times:
General Processing Times for custom DTF transfers is the same as our current turnaround time located on our menu bar. If your image is not correct, then it will add additional business days until we can get a new image.
Requirements:
Artwork must be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept. The image should not be mirrored. Should your artwork not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order. We cannot accept Google Images. You must purchase the rights to the images and they must be 300 DPI.
Artwork should be sized to the size you are wanting within the size parameters you have chosen. HCD will not edit or resize any artwork submitted for this product listing.
Images will be printed AS-IS. HCD does not offer artwork services. HCD will not crop, edit, change colors etc. Please ensure your artwork is PRINT-READY as we will not offer refunds for printed artwork.
By uploading a file for print you are certifying that you have the rights to print the design. HCD takes no responsibility for trademark or copyright. Infringement and reserve the right to refund a print at our discretion.
DISCOUNTS CAN NOT BE APPLIED TO THIS ITEM. CUSTOM TRANSFERS WILL NOT GO INTO PRODUCTION IF A DISCOUNT HAS BEEN APPLIED.
