Hi,
I'm Trina, the owner of Hammertimes Custom Designs. I was born and raised in Georgia. I have been around a bit, but Georgia is still home.
I am a Mama, a Nana, a wife, a sister, an aunt, and a great friend to have!
I worked as a Dialysis Tech for nearly 20 years and this business allowed me to move on to greater (more fun anyway) things.
To start out, I had received a little extra money from an automobile rebate. I decided to use that to buy a Cricut for my crafting hobby. The next thing I know, my family stepped up to the plate and started replacing the typical Christmas gifts (you know - shirts, candles, pictures, etc.) with things for this new adventure.
Everyone knows where this leads: "Mama can you make me a shirt" or "Trina, can you make my kids team some hats?". It also gave me great opportunity for gifts of my own. Who doesn't want to give their grandkid a goofy shirt? Maybe an inside joke?
Of course, I delivered and the next thing I knew, I had customers and now a business: Hammertimes Custom Designs.
With the unending support from my family, friends, and now neighbors - I was able to quit my tech job and create this business as my fulltime source of income.
Since kickoff, our customers have been phenomenal! For most of them, we didn't become a one off stop, more like the one-stop-shop for their needs. Some of them are around enough that they are practically family now!
As a business owner, I am constantly learning. Quality and customer experience are the priorities I execute every order with. Our items are not sent to a machine and boxed to you, right off the press. We inspect and package all of our items by hand and if there are issues or concerns, we are here to help.
Business isn't just about selling things. It is also about relationships. Relationships with vendors, customers, and even your own family. At Hammertimes Custom Designs, we want a relationship with you that lasts. That starts with quality and customer experience.
